Shipping policy agreement

1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

International orders take from 2 to 3 business days to process. 


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited within the US.
Our primary shipping carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS)  For domestic and 

Global Post economy  "Door to country " shipping service. Door-to-country tracking is when tracking information updates until the shipment leaves US customs. 


3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method.

USPS First Class Domestic :  $5.50 country wide and US territories, including Puerto Rico. 

USPS Priority Mail Domestic: $8.99 country wide and US territories including Puerto Rico 

Global Post via USPS(door to country): Stars at $12.50 for Canada and $14.50 and up,  for the rest of the world.

Shipping rates will be displayed at the checkout before the completion of your purchase.


4. Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

Domestic US Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days
Domestic Priority Mail shipping: 2 to 3  business days
International Shipping:  20 to 30 business days. In certain events it may take  longer depending on  Customs procedures of the country of destination. 


5. Tracking Information:

Once an order placed in the United States ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order by visiting  www.usps.com with your tracking number. 

International orders do not provide tracking information to the destination. However, we provide Customs ID # which allow customer  to search for shipping details at www.usps.com. 


6. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and its territories. 

We also ship to a selected number of countries. See list here 


7. Customs and Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties applied to their orders. Returned packages for unpaid Customs fees are reship for an extra shipping fee 


8. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International orders without proper formatting can be lost in the mail and not return to us in some cases. Make sure to  use the proper structure of the address to avoid delivery delays. 


9. Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays. If your domestic delivery is delayed more than 10 days, please,  reach out to us as soon as possible.

For international orders, please, reach out within the next 30  days after shipping your order to follow up on unforeseen delays. 
We will do our best to notify customers of any significant delays affecting their orders.

For international orders, please visit Global Post .com

11. Returns and Exchanges:

No cancellations are accepted after the order has been submmited. 


12. Changes to Shipping Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
