it's not stable it slide in the nose

This product is amazing, and does everything it promises. The result is an effective but subtle difference. This really is a non surgical nose job without the hefty price tag. The premise is simple, the plastic inserts push out the tip making the nostrils narrower giving the nose a smaller, neater appearance. I have always had an issue with the width of my nose, and was very happy to discover this product. It defines the tip enormously, making it more prominent and slims the width of the nose, almost acting as a scaffolding for a wide alar base. The nose secret is true to its name, and is very discreet. Provided you use the correct size it will not fall out, even when snezzing or laughing. People will note that there is something different about you, but will not be able to pinpoint exactly what it is, which is exactly how want it. It is very uncomfortable to begin with, but after a few days the nose seems to become accustomed to the product and you no longer feel as though a foreign body is in your nose. Keep to the product guidelines which tell you to build up the time you wear it gradually. Perhaps start with the small and graduate to the larger sizes as your nose becomes used to the product. I am thrilled with the nose secret. Overall it really is a great idea, and will do wonders for your confidence. It will not work miracles but will present you with a far more defined version of your actual nose. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers with a wide, flat nose. I have a huge nose and it made it really thin!!!! im happy It can be scary at times when you insert it, I recommand bend it a little

The device is uncomfortable, but the change is good. It worked for me. Looks like I contoured my nose.

It's an excellent product but it bothers my nose a little when I let it inside for some time. So that's why I intend to have nose job soon but for while I'll wear it, thank you.

I love NS! I admit initially it was so hard to put in, I almost threw them out but finally got the hang of it. Not sure but I hear rumors it stretches your nose, at first I wore the A's and then I wore then next level up but I would feel sore taking them out. When I put the A's back in, they would fall out! Good product for temporary wear

I found it quite uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
