Nice product
Nice product...The result depends on the shape of the nose. Personally, my nose doesn't look better with nose secret, I tried S and M...S is better but the change is not very important. With M and L...my nose looks worse ! Depends on your nose shape.

Its okay...
It slips out of nose, no matter what unless you use the XL which is very painful. It hurts worse than anything else. It makes a difference in the nostril but it extends the tip of the nose from the side. I wouldn't say it's worth $34.

Good result but keeps dislodging!
I tried both small and medium and they were too small. The large fitted the best I think but it did elongate my nose a bit and I had that slight Michael Jackson look to my nose from the front but I was happy enough with the result. However I daren't wear it for more than 5 minutes in public because I can feel it dislodging when I talk or eat. I can't tell if I am doing something wrong or whether the size is wrong or the product just doesn't work. I will try again at some point but for the time I can't use it for an upcoming wedding because I am scared it will come out inffront of everyone!

Looks perfect, but doesn't stay
I use the small size. M will absolutely not fit in my nose. At least not without agonizing pain. Anyway, they look great! It's the look I was going for! ... Except it won't stay in my left nostril. It slides up my nose instantly. The second I talk or smile, up my nose. The right one stays fine. It's unfortunate because, again, I love the way they look

they never sent my my order its been wayover 4 months maybe even6 months
well after watching 2 videos about the nose secret piece and web research. I was so excited to place my order and get my nose looking beautiful. I placed my order between 4-6 months . They seemed very legit. and I placed my order. I checked my bank account which they did take the money off my card. so im like great cant wait to receive this. months and months went by no package for me then I tried calling there number it didn't work. then i just kept waiting no package at all. its been around 4-6 months and i still haven't gotten anything. i was scammed

Happy,but the round courners are so hard and hurt my nose,i used different sizes but didnt feel any change.but the effect is awesome,thanks
