We strive to ship all orders the same or next day . If your order needs further verification we ship till customer reply is received.   We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on any U.S.  Holiday.

 

1. How much are your shipping charges?

Our shipping services are highly affordable. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $20 in the United States and other US territories including Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Here is a detailed chart of our domestic and international charges.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from the United States - Mostly from  Fort Lee , NJ and occasionally form New York City. So if you are shipping to the NYC metro area packages are usually delivered with 2 to 3 days with first class parcel.

For International Orders: packages are   delivered through the Official Postal Service of the recipient’s respective country. A custos ID number will be provided as proof of shipment. 

Can I ship my order to a different address?

For first time buyers we ship to the billing address only,  which is the address associated to the  credit card on file or Paypal account to avoid. I you choose a different address  expect shipping delays while we complete  manual verification process. 

 3. Does the company name show on shipping label?

We understand privacy is a very  important issue . Therefore to maintain the confidentiality of your order, we keep our packaging discreet. We don’t write the name of the product on the domestic shipping label. However, on international orders, we write "cosmetic"  as it is required by the international custom officials.

4. Does Nose Secret ship international?

We ship international orders every day. However, we reserve the right to deny  international mail services to certain regions.

There are some countries that require payment of custom duties and taxes for products imported from the US of any value . Such charges are not included in the Nose Secret order price, therefore when  package arrives,  the buyer have to clear  customs.

5. Do you ship to APO address?

Yes, we ship to  APO's (Army Post addresses) for free. If at check out you are charged shipping fee* we will refund the fee after completing your order. Any service member in need of the product can contact us for accommodations.

Returns and Refunds

1. What is your return policy? Can I return the product?

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with the results, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will refund your order  excluding $8.99 processing fee and any additional  shipping charges.

Introductory NoseSecret® kit which includes 3 different sizes is the ONLY product that qualifies for a refund. Purchases of single pairs do not qualify for any refund or exchange.

2. How to get a refund?

To get a refund of the introductory kit send the package to:

To speed up the refund process,

  • Email us to initiate your refund.  Also include your name and date of the order on the package.
  • Write "REFUND" on the exterior of the envelope.
  • To avoid processing delays, use a reliable delivery service with tracking number to expedite the return.
  • If the package is lost in the mail, we will not be able to process the refund without proof of mailing.

Note: We do not resell products that have left our warehouse. However, we require return of the product for inventory purpose.

3. When can I expect my refund?

We make sure that the refunds are processed within a week of receiving the package. It can take 2 weeks for the refund statement to reach you.
