It does make a difference
Iv used the nose secret it does make a difference to the nose shape, I find my nose looks more straighter at the end I have a contour effect. The comfort is a little off puting as you can feel there's somthing in your nose. I find I keep fiddling with it because I know it's there, similar to the feeling of a booger:/ I have only worn it once not that I don't rate the product it's just it's good to use only for special occasions or if you going out as its not comfy enough for jus daily casual wear. The small size & medium size fits me best it will make a bulbous round tip nose look more straighter n narrow
