What is E-USPS Delcon International?
DELCON, also known as Delivery Confirmation, is a tracking service offered at no additional cost for First Class Parcel International shipments to specific countries ( see list below).
This service provides complimentary but not mandatory proof of delivery. Therefore, we are not able to submit a claim to the US postal service in case the pacakge is temporarily or permanently lost.
