INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping through Global Post Plus and UPS Global Expedited, depending on service availability in your country.

Where are you shipping from?
All orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center located in Fort Lee, New Jersey, USA.
Which shipping service do you use?
We primarily ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic deliveries.
For international destinations, we may use Global Post Plus or UPS Global, which ever is availabe for your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Depending on the shipping service selected, you can track your package through the USPS, UPS, or Global Post website by following the link provided in your email.
All domestic orders within the United States include a USPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
For security reasons, orders from new customers are shipped only to the billing address associated with the payment method.
If you choose to ship to a different address, please expect a short delay while we complete a manual verification process.
Does the NoseSecret shows on the shipping label?
No. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
Domestic labels do not include the product name.
Do you ship to APO address?
Yes, we do ship to APO's (Army Post addresses).
