Difficult
It was difficult and hard to apply.. All sizes.. I thought it would change my life, but I just ignor my nose secret as it is painful when I've got it on and hard to apply for me in the first place

product work but risk choking
However despite using the XL size it still wouldnt stay in place and travelled up my nose to back of throat which was uncomfortable and i ended up swallowing two of them, so be careful there is a risk of choking which is shame as I got none to use now as they did help shape of nose.

Its great!
Ive recently worn the inserts for a month and I've noticed the size of it has decreased but,for the first week it was very uncomfortable but as the days went by it was a slight difference to the point were I was use to it.

It really work.. gives a thiner look to the nose..xl way big for me wish that i ordered s instead .. it feels uncomfortable for the first couple times.. but after 5-10min you'll get used to it
