A mail forwarding service allows customers outside the United States to shop from U.S.-based stores by using a U.S. shipping address. Once your order arrives at that address, the forwarding company sends it to your international destination.

This option is commonly used by international customers who want access to U.S. products that may not be available locally.

First-time orders using mail forwarding:For security purposes, we may contact both the customer and the forwarding service to confirm that the address is authorized to receive packages from us.
Please respond promptly to any verification emails to prevent shipping delays.

Shipping to the forwarding address:
NoseSecret® ships orders within the United States to the forwarding company using domestic shipping rates, or free U.S. shipping on orders over $25, when applicable.
A U.S. Postal Service tracking number will be provided for the domestic shipment.

Once the package is delivered to the mail forwarding company, NoseSecret® is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, customs fees, or missing items during international transit.
 
How Mail Forwarding Works

1. Choose a Mail Forwarding Service
Select a mail or parcel forwarding provider that serves your country and create an account. You will receive a personal U.S. shipping address.
2. Place Your NoseSecret® Order
Use the U.S. address provided by your forwarding service as the shipping address when checking out on our website.
3. Package Reception in the U.S.
Once your order arrives, the forwarding service logs the package into your account. Some services may offer optional features such as package photos, repackaging, or storage.
4. Manage Your International Shipment
Through your forwarding service’s dashboard, you select your preferred international shipping method and any additional services, such as consolidating multiple packages.
Delivery to Your Country
The forwarding company ships the package to your international address and provides tracking information. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
