I have always wanted a nose job but fear and lack of funds have kept me from getting one. I am so happy they have this...it gives me exactly the refined look I want and I look absolutely gorgeous in pictures and on special occasions. There is nothing better than feeling confident and when I insert my nose lifters you cannot tell me anything. Great product. Please do not wear it too often (just on special occasions)...I do believe it expands your nose, it's made out of collagen..so it can get loose If you wear it all day every day. ALSO...it does hurt after a while...maybe it's how I am inserting it...but after a couple of hours, I start feeling uncomfortable.

One pack of three rings size (XL)
Shipping was great! Received ordered product quicker than expected. Packaging was simple to open and presented nicely too. Everything was fulfilled as advertised so no problem there! But, I found the XL to be uncomfortable to wear for extended amount of time. However, the results were fabulous even with this downside. I don’t think that the size (L) would have given me the same outcome as an African American female with very prominent nostrils and bulbous nose structure.. Bottom line, I think the issue is with design because the effect definitely worked as promised!! It’s just unfortunate that comfort has to be forfeited for function. Additional improvements in customer satisfaction could be gained if this particular issue was resolved in my opinion.
