Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

1. What is your return policy? Can I return the product?


We stand by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may return your Introductory NoseSecret® Kit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are issued minus an $8.99 processing fee and any shipping charges.

 

Please note:

  * Only the Introductory NoseSecret® Kit (which includes 3 sizes) qualifies for a refund.
  * Purchases of single pairs, bundle packs, or multi-packs are not eligible for return, refund,    * or exchange.
  Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
 
2. How do I request a refund?

To request a refund for your eligible kit:

 

Step 1: Email us at customercare@nosesecret.com to initiate your return.
Include your name and order date in the message.

 

Step 2: Ship your package to:

Step 3:

  * Clearly mark the envelope with “NoseSecret / RETURNS.”
  * Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Note: We do not resell returned products, but returns are required for internal inventory and quality control.
 
3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within one week of receiving your returned package.
Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

 
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
In special cases where a cancellation is approved before shipment, a 6% fee of the total order amount plus a $1 processing fee will apply to cover transaction costs charged by credit card companies and PayPal.

If your cancellation request is not approved, your order will be shipped as scheduled. You may then return qualified items once received.

 
5. I shipped my return but haven’t received a refund.
Refunds are processed every Friday.
If you have shipped your package and have not yet received your refund, your retunr may stil be in transit. 

Please email your tracking information to customercare@nosesecret.com,
or text/call us at +1 (201) 266-0077 to confirm receipt.

Always keep a record of your tracking number to expedite your refund.

 
6. I placed multiple orders by mistake. Can I get a refund?
If you accidentally placed more than one order, please contact us immediately at customercare@nosesecret.com before the orders ship.
If we can intercept your order before shipment, we will void and refund the duplicate order in full.

 
7. My package was returned to sender. Can it be reshipped?
If your package was returned to us by the carrier for undeliverable or incorrect address reasons, we can  reship the apcakge within the U.S.  for a $6.00 flat fee.

To avoid delivery issues:

  * Double-check your full address, including apartment/unit number.
   * Use your name exactly as it appears on your mailbox.
