Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. What is your return policy? Can I return the product?

 

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with the results, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will refund your order amount excluding $8.99 processing fee and any shipping charges.

 

The Introductory NoseSecret kit which includes 3 different sizes is the ONLY product that qualifies for a refund or exchange. Purchases of single pairs do NOT qualify for a refund.

 

We do not provide return labels. 

 

2. How to get a refund?

 

To get a refund of the introductory kit send the package to:

To speed up the refund process,

 

•  Email us at customercare@nosesecret.com to initiate your refund.  Also include your name and date of the order on the package.
•  Write "NoseSecret/RETURNS" on the exterior of the envelope.
•  To avoid processing delays, use a reliable delivery service with tracking number to expedite the return.
•  If the package is lost in the mail, we will not be able to process the refund without proof of mailing.

 

Note: We do not resell products that have left our warehouse. However, we do require return of the product for inventory purposes.

 

3. When can I expect my refund?

 

We make sure that the refunds are processed within a week  of receiving the package. It can take up to 2 weeks for the refund statement to reach you.

 

4. Can I cancel my order?

 

In general, orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48  hours if no additional payment verification is needed. If you paid your order with a credit card you will need to cancel your order the next day by   3:00 PM US - Eastern Standard Time to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

Orders paid with PayPal and credit card will have a cancellation/refund fee of 3% total transaction if the cancelation is done before is shipped. We will NOT be able to void or cancel orders after they have been shipped.

 

5. I have shipped my package but have not been refunded yet.

 

We process refunds weekly, every Friday . If you sent your package and have not been refunded it may be because we have not received the package. Please, feel free to send us an email with tracking information, chat with us or call us to make sure we received the package.

 

Please, always keep record of your mailed piece to expedite your refund.

 

6. I placed more than one order by mistake. Can I get a refund?

 

If you have placed your order by mistake and need to void or cancel the order before it ships, please, email us, as soon as possible to notify us of the mistake so we do not ship the package.

 

7. My package has been sent back to the recipient. Can I have it reshipped?

 

If your package has been returned to us by the US postal service for an unknown address/recipient or for undelivered reasons, we offer to reship the package for a flat fee of  $6.00 after the package is returned and received. If you need to make changes to items in the order, there is a flat fee of $10 to repackage and reship the order. All refunds for undeliverable mail will be charged the original package shipping fee of $6.00

 

In order to avoid having your package returned to the sender, please, make sure you enter the correct address, including apartment or unit number, your name as it appears on the mailbox, and let others in your household know you are expecting a package.
