International Shipping Policy Agreement

Thank you for choosing NoseSecret®! We're committed to providing you with the best experience possible, including a seamless shipping process. Please read the following information regarding our International shipping policy:

 

1. Processing Time:

International orders are typically processed within 2 to 5  business days after shipping address has been verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process  on the following business day. In some cases processing time can be longer if we need email address verification from customer. 


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:

In order to guarantee on time delivery and a reliable tracking service, we use Global Post Standard service  for international orders. Global Post  provides " door to door " tracking. 

 

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country.

International shipping starts  at $19.50.and  display at checkout before submitting your order.


4. Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on country destination and Customs processing time frame.
Estimated delivery times go from 4 to 15 days. Although, unusual, in certain events it may take longer depending on Customs procedures of the destination country. 


5. Tracking Information:

"Door to door" Tracking information  is provided for all countries listed.

 

After shipping your order , we will receive  an email notification with your tracking information.

Some customers had reported  www.parcelsapp.com as an additional  tool to track packages overseas.


6. Shipping Restrictions:

We can only ship international orders to the billing address. Make sure the address on your method of payment is updated. No changes can be made once order is placed. 

 

7. Customs and Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the country destination.  
Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties applied to their packages at arrival. Returned packages for unclaimed reasons is responsibility of the buyer. 


8. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses..

International orders without proper formatting can be lost in the mail and not return to us in some cases. Make sure to use the proper  address structure to avoid delivery delays. 


9. Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Please, reach out within the next 20 days after shipping your order to follow up on unforeseen delays. 
We will do our best to notify customers of any significant delays affecting their orders.

11. Returns and Exchanges:

For information on our return and exchange policy, please refer to our Returns & Cancellations Policy page. Cancellations are not accepted after order has been completed. If you need to cancel the order for unforeseen reasons, there is a $6.99 processing fee.


12. Changes to Shipping Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
